Canopy of love.

For our outdoor wedding, we adapted the Jewish tradition of a chuppah for our very own beach canopy. We loved the idea of a structure that was organic (bamboo and driftwood) and ceremonial and put together by our families. The fabric was sewn by my mom, the support beams artfully constructed by my dad and mechanical engineer of a brother-in-law and even the holes were dug in the sand my my niece, Maddie (she had the skinniest little arms that could dig both narrow & deep.) When it came time to exchange vows under it ribbons and fabric blowing in the beach breeze, it truly felt like the love and support of family around us. Here are a few great canopies and ours is on the web site in the "contact" page.
