With Valentines day a week away, it seemed like a good time to share a few of my favorite handmade and vintage sweet treats from the artisans at Etsy. It is refreshing in the era of computer generated receipts, bar codes and mass produced goods, to find gifts that come in hand-addressed packages {often artfully done as with my last purchase} and a card from an artist halfway around the country {or across the big pond.} My most recent purchase at tastesorangey was truly the best $20 I have spent in a long while.
